@GeorgeSlatcher They had a 5m budget in the national league and it's only increased since. Their own has lost around 30m in bringing them up from non-league. He's achieving around par results against budget which, at Pompey, equals relegation.

What Southampton fans don’t understand… yes public are able to see the players training, but this wasn’t a member of the public. This was an employee of Southampton Football Club you thick bastards 😂 And no this is nothing to do with the game, we weren’t good enough.

@SaintRob__ The EFL and Middlesbrough are broadly on the same side, so in the event of reasonable grounds for appeal, the EFL will make the appeal. I doubt MFC not being party to the action will have any practical difference regards making an appeal.

The whole spygate argument about punishment proportionate to the crime is what media is missing. I think big fine and points deduction. It’s not financial doping which has a proven advantage.Hard to prove advantage gained from what we did, it’s a sporting conduct issue. #Saintsfc
