it was never about talent elites figured this out years ago. you watched it happen in real time and didn't clock it. every founder who went from posting twice a month to shipping daily. every trader whose decision speed doubled in a quarter. the guy in your team suddenly outputting the 3 of you. they all discovered pandora's box in the same order. start taking caffeine. then you want to offset the buzz with theanine. then you still get that brain fog. you discover modafinil. enter bromantane, once the stims started frying the receptors. none of them post about it. because the asymmetry is the point. if everyone in your bracket runs the stack, it stops being an edge. the secret was never a secret. the people winning just don't tell you they're enhanced, because pretending they're not sounds cooler. you can keep assuming the gap is natural. t33

if you've already built something and you STILL feel like there's a gear you can't reach, the missing piece is almost NEVER a new compound it's that your foundation is leaking, so whatever you take lands on bad substrate and you never feel the real effect. build it in this order. most people do it backwards and then wonder why the moda did nothing. SLEEP it's the floor and nothing works underneath it. fixed wake time, same hour every day, weekends included. that one thing anchors your whole circadian rhythm and does more than any pill you can buy. magnesium glycinate 300-400mg and glycine 3g before bed, both calm the nervous system so you fall asleep faster and reach deep sleep sooner. screens off the last 30 minutes, room cold and dark. if your sleep is broken, stop reading, fix that, come back. DIET your brain builds dopamine out of l-tyrosine, and tyrosine comes from protein. eat 30-40g protein in your first meal so the raw material is sitting there when you sit down to work. keep glucose stable, no spike-and-crash lunch that drops you into fog at hour 5. EXERCISE lifting 3x a week plus a couple easy zone 2 sessions. this isn't only about looking good (you will). it raises your baseline energy, improves insulin sensitivity so the food actually works, and burns off the stress that wrecks sleep. the whole thing loops back into itself. BARE MINIMUM creatine (creapure) 5g daily, it's as much a brain compound as a muscle one. l-tyrosine 500mg. omega-3 and vitamin d3 if your bloodwork says you're low. none of this is exciting. all of it is the floor the interesting stuff stands on. NOW THE COMPOUND LAYER armoda 150mg on a heavy day for a clean 10-12 hour focus block, r-isomer only so it sits flat through the afternoon instead of spiking and dropping. bromantane 50mg if you want dopamine synthesis raised without the amphetamine debt. these amplify whatever you point them at. they carry zero direction of their own. point them at a written plan, you get a great day. point them to answering DMs and emails... you get a very alert wasted one. that's the honest answer for the guy who's done well and wants more. the gap is that your foundation isn't clean enough yet for the compound to show you what it can really do. t33

GHK-Cu is not an acne treatment. It improves the quality of your skin but doesnt directly target the root cause of acne which are the sebaceous glands. Dont buy GHK-Cu or a topical serum thinking it will magically cure your acne. Great for skin quality, texture and glow but not acne.

what makes aspirin a powerful anti-aging tool is also what might make it risky and it starts with 𝙨𝙚𝙧𝙤𝙩𝙤𝙣𝙞𝙣… 95% of serotonin is outside the brain, made in the gut & stored in platelets (cells that rush to injury sites to prevent bleeding) when you’re stressed, injured or unhealthy - platelets activate & serotonin is released into tissues 𝙘𝙤𝙣𝙨𝙚𝙦𝙪𝙚𝙣𝙘𝙚: > vasoconstriction
> inflammatory signalling
> fibrosis potential now, aspirin’s main benefit for longevity is that it actually inhibits the aggregation of those platelets but what cost? first, 𝙡𝙚𝙩’𝙨 𝙩𝙖𝙠𝙚 𝙖 𝙡𝙤𝙤𝙠 𝙖𝙩 𝙧𝙖𝙮 𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙩’𝙨 𝙥𝙝𝙞𝙡𝙤𝙨𝙤𝙥𝙝𝙮 again… he believed that aging is simply the accumulation of inflammation, fibrosis & stress signalling he also viewed serotonin outside the brain NOT as the ‘happiness chemical’ doctors say it is but rather a biological stress signal. so in that case 𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣 𝙞𝙨 𝙥𝙧𝙤 𝙖𝙣𝙩𝙞-𝙖𝙜𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙣 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙨𝙚𝙣𝙨𝙚 𝙞𝙩: > lowers serotonin signalling > reduces inflammatory prostaglandins > has anti-fibrotic effects (scar tissue) > improves oxidative metabolism > increases energy > tightens the skin the problem is platelets are essential in preventing bleeding & repairing tissues and aspirin suppresses them irreversibly for their 7-10 day lifespan until new ones generate… confusing right? 𝙡𝙤𝙬𝙚𝙧𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙡𝙖𝙩𝙚𝙡𝙚𝙩 𝙖𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮 𝙢𝙚𝙖𝙣𝙨 less clotting & inflammation but could also mean higher bleeding risk in some? the keyword is SOME… this is where bloodwork, healthy history & age are really important no supplement is a one size fits all… 𝙥𝙤𝙨𝙨𝙞𝙗𝙡𝙚 𝙬𝙖𝙮𝙨 𝙩𝙤 𝙢𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙜𝙖𝙩𝙚 𝙖𝙨𝙥𝙞𝙧𝙞𝙣’𝙨 𝙨𝙞𝙙𝙚 𝙚𝙛𝙛𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 & 𝙨𝙩𝙞𝙡𝙡 𝙡𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙧𝙖𝙜𝙚 𝙞𝙩 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙡𝙤𝙣𝙜𝙚𝙫𝙞𝙩𝙮: > avoid stacking with other blood thinners > avoid using aspirin as a compensator for poor health habits
> always take with food to reduce gut irritation
> consider taking vitamin k/glycine/collagen to protect gut lining
> do not use if you have a history of ulcers or you bruise easily as a young healthy person, i dont see the need to take aspirin as frequently as an older person with more inflammatory markers & cardiovascular risk. my protocol: > 150-300mg once per week max, with food i notice a significant cognitive boost & de bloating effect in the face. not medical advice.

I’ve worked with @theriac33 for a couple months now he’s running a company that ships stimulants worldwide Razumna.com came to me and asked me to set him up with a taxfree & private structure so here’s what we did: - Got him a US LLC to access stable banking. - Implemented Zenobank for the crypto check out system. - Guided him through the complete Opsec process. - Added Agora.cards for seemless crypto spending. this was around 4 months ago and we’ve already saved 5figs in taxes that otherwise would have funded politicans kiddy diddling check the TG out to read his own words describing his experience working with me t.me/+FdGeENWRn4dmN…

i'm noticing a weird pattern let me explain what it is: people who took ADHD meds from a young age (vyvanse, addy, rit)... ALSO developed after long term use - insomnia - anxiety - some sort of depression of course for those things you need MORE medication right? but what's weirder is that now - they develop even more problems like ED. now they must take viagra/blu chew just to have sex and it doesnt stop there coincidentally enough... these are all the same people that ended up on statins because their cholesterol was too high damn just so unlucky ig, all those people who suppressed their cholesterol now for some reason their brains stop working. as a byproduct they get alzheimer's and dementia now what are the odds ONE GUY is gonna have all of these problems throughout different phases of their lives. doctors have a term for this called prescription cascade it basically means treating the side effects of a medication as their own independent disease, NOT addressing the fact that the original prescription GAVE them this side effect. this is why most modern doctors are just retarded as fuck. they don't view it as 'oh this kid on addys now has depression', no, they view it as... 'this kid has depression, lets put him on ssris' this is why you must take matters of your health into your own hands. you need to understand the cause and effects of everything you take. I'm a big fan of certain prescriptions, but it's all intentional. but the MOST important thing... try fixing everything as naturally as you possibly can. do NOT just take the easy way out. if you must sacrifice your health short term for your monetary goals... then just know the protocols to avoid long term damage. will be speaking more on these soon. tldr: do your own research and don't give in to big pharma t33

armoda > moda and the rzn is simple it's the R-enantiomer only, so it hits cleaner and the tail runs longer. functional half-life sits around 13-15h vs moda's 10-12h. 150mg at wake on an empty stomach covers a full work block in a low maintenance ish way. that's the whole appeal. it's also why their sleep is cooked. dose at 7am and a real chunk of it is still circulating at 10pm. you lie down with your brain still running, never sink into deep sleep, wake up flat, reach for more the next morning to cover for the bad night. then it compounds. here's how to keep the focus and get the sleep back. I highly suggest you dose armoda before 9am. slept in past 9? skip the whole day, don't chase it. 100mg at noon ruins your night worse than 150mg at 7am does. run it 3-5 days a week, never 7. take 2 off-days back to back so the tail clears all the way out and your own wake signal (the orexin and histamine armoda leans on) comes back up without the assist. every 8-10 weeks, take 2 full weeks off everything wakefulness-promoting. that's the real reset, the weekends are just maintenance. rebuild sleep on the off days: - magnesium glycinate 300-400mg at night, cuts how long it takes to fall asleep - glycine 3g before bed, drops core temp a touch so you sink into deep sleep faster - l-theanine 200mg if you still feel the tail buzzing late - NAC 600mg at night, off-days only, never the same morning you ran armoda you can't just abuse supps and pharma though. front end matters too. sunlight in your eyes within 30 min of waking spikes cortisol on schedule, which sets melatonin to release 14-16h later on schedule. armoda dulls the natural morning drive, the light puts it back. sleep is the one thing it can't replace. armoda amplifies whatever you point it at. it does not hand you the hours back. t33

esoteric tel aviv wealth method: 1. crush 5-6 armodas you have laying around 2. equally distribute powder in small bags 3. hit the clubs that play sexyy red on a friday night 4. locate the blondes on mt2/reta 4.5. tell them about a new 'peptide' alternative to c0ke 5. offer them said bag for 10% under street price you may ask, why specifically the R-enantiomer? longer half-life, better alcohol tolerance, and a smoother plateau t33
