Listen, I know I’m pretentious with a lot of things. I like arthouse films and pretend to know what 5 star food tastes like (hint: anything @thejaredpowers makes). But guys, I swear, I genuinely love Steely Dan more than any other band out there. Becker and Fagen are my heroes.

I’ve found that mornings tend to be good for my productivity and evenings tend to be good for me creativity. Thus, my new system: nighttime, let the creative juices run free, then sleep on it. Morning, mull through what’s worth “keeping” from the night before.

I WILL WATCH TIME BANDITS TONIGHT. That is a thing that will happen. “Tonight” might translate to “early tomorrow morning,” but, before I fall asleep, I will have watched Time Bandits. Possibly Mank, too. We’ll see how it goes.
