@metrotrains Incompetent, as usual. Why introduce new trains and upgrade the line’s systems if they don’t work? You don’t fix things as you go when transport infrastructure is critical to the city. Customers are losing their hard earned money, and frontline staff are left dealing with it.

@therobert1234 @VenomFNT @VictoriaPolice From the advice that we've received from police, a trespasser was in imminent danger of being struck by rail traffic. Trains were brought to a stand while police attended to the person of interest within the rail corridor.

Thanks for getting in touch. Police initially requested that all trains in the area between Sunshine and Ginifer be brought to a stand while they conduct investigations. We've since been given clearance to operate trains at a reduced speed between Sunshine and Ginifer in both directions, and as a result, we're experiencing major delays. Apologies for your experience this afternoon.
