@jack and @elonmusk my only ask is that the loudest voice among us, which is hands down @elonmusk, use the power of his voice to call for a vote of the people – Vox populi, Vox dei – on passing the RESTORE Patent Rights Act so we can get on with it already. Up or down. Since Elon’s voice is louder than mine by a long shot, I think you would both agree that it is only fair for context for the vote to include my thread today or at minimum my op-ed in the Washington Times, the press release from the sponsoring senators, and the 50-second video clip from the congressional hearing — all in my thread. Let the games begin!

@jack and @elonmusk passing the bipartisan RESTORE Patent Rights Act is a critical first step. This legislation would “restore the presumption that courts will issue an injunction to stop patent infringers, strengthening protections for U.S. inventors, entrepreneurs, universities, and startups.” Restoring this constitutional right promised to American innovators is not about left or right. It’s about whether America leads the world or gets left behind.
