#MargotsGotMoneyTroubles entirely engaging & grounded series about motherhood & dysfunctional families. Offerman & Pfeiffer are great though it's Elle Fanning, who's quickly becoming one of my favorite actresses, that is immaculate here. Thrilled this got renewed. (8.4/10)

#MandalorianandGrogu a low point for the Star Wars franchise. It's a longer episode, that doesn't do anything new. The characters are there to give information only & it's quite boring often. One okay action scene towards the end. It's sadly forgettable in many ways. (6.2/10)

#TheBoys final season is pretty decent. Each character gets their moments & the ending worked as well it could, but it felt smaller scale than expected. Spends much of its time setting up new characters & the trademark satirical humor often gets in the way this time. (7.2/10)

#PunisherOneLastKill brings Frank Castle's story full circle. The most violent side project Marvel has done. The villain is an afterthought, but Jon Bernthal is so good in this role for so long now, it's hard to care too much. Can't wait to see him return in Spider-Man. (7.7/10)

#Rooster filled with humor & heart, has Steve Carell's best comedic performance since The Office. Uses element's of Bill Lawrence's other shows, Shrinking & Ted Lasso, to great effect. One side story didn't work for me, but the rest of it is such an easy watch. (8.2/10)

#MortalKombat2 a self-aware, big dumb fun summer popcorn movie. Scenes ripped straight from the games, brutal fatalities & Karl Urban as Johnny Cage was a highlight. The story is razor thin & is an excuse for the fights but in the end, I had a pretty good time with it. (7.4/10)

#DareDevilBornAgain season 2, an improvement. Story flows smoother, the climax of Kingpin & Daredevil comes to a satisfying end. Bullseye doing his thing is awesome. Street level MCU is something I always appreciate. Sets up future defenders/Spiderman/Punisher nicely. (8.4/10)

#MaulShadowLord is Star Wars animation at its best. An excellent character study of Maul, the lightsaber fights are top notch. Supporting characters all have interesting story arcs. Expands on lore in unique & thought provoking ways. Can’t wait for season 2. (8.7/10)

#WutheringHeights a mixed bag. The set design & cinematography are beautiful, Jacob Elordi & Margot Robbie's chemistry is on point. It's a shame that the tension/romance fizzles out surprisingly quickly & the writing failed to engage me entirely. 15-20 minutes overlong. (6.6/10)

#Monarch season 2 takes a bit to find its groove regarding the the human drama. 2nd half does a great job fleshing out Monsterverse lore, especially with Kong/Skull Island. The Kaiju action delivers pretty well too. Sets up nicely timeline wise with 2019’s KOTM. (7.7/10)

#Beef season 2 doesn't match the 1st season, though razor sharp commentary on wealth disparity & impressive writing/music choices still carry over. Cailee Spaeny, Oscar Isaac, Charles Melton & Carey Mulligan are all exceptional & it's worth watching for them alone. (7.8/10)

#Michael a solid part 1 for a biopic. What it lacks in characters & writing, it makes that up with goosebump inducing Michael Jackson needle drops, a stellar Jaafar Jackson would make his uncle proud, he's electric. The sound design is awesome in Dolby Atmos too. (8.1/10)

#Invincible season 4 is still fantastic. The action is the most brutal yet, & the stakes have never been higher. Bringing in Thragg, with great voice acting by Lee Pace, makes things interesting & unpredictable. The emotional trauma is handled well too. (8.5/10)

#ThePitt season 2 remains mostly great & Noah Wyle is something else. I love that it’s 15 episodes still. However, I do think it’s a bit of a step down from the 1st season with an underwhelming July 4th setting & much less interesting patients/medical emergencies. (7.9/10)

#Obsession saw an early screening & it absolutely delivers. Think Twilight Zone on steroids about a wish gone bad. Inde Navarrette is a revelation & is so unbelievably unhinged here. Very effective scares, hilarious at times & my favorite horror film since IT Chapter 1 (8.7/10)

The new trailer for Curry Barker’s ‘OBSESSION’ has been released. The horror film follows a man who makes a wish to win his crush’s heart, but when he gets exactly what he asked for, it comes at an evil price. In theaters on May 15.

#Housemaid is a decent adaptation of the book. Amanda Seyfried really goes for it and understands the tone completely. The direction of it feels kinda flat otherwise and the writing could be better. It’s basically a 90s thriller that’s very campy for better or worse. (6.7/10)

#FiveNightsAtFreddys2 is somehow worse than the first. Nothing scary at all & the writing is beyond bad. It’s just so boring & the ending is anticlimactic to put it mildly. These movies could be so much better it’s disappointing. Quite the waste of time. (5/10)

#Roofman didn’t expect a film about the true story of someone living in a Toys R Us to be this effective. Much of it due to Channing Tatum’s effortlessly charming & heartfelt performance . Strikes a great balance of sincerity & absurdity. Worth streaming IMO. (7.7/10)

#TheDrama explores extremely dark subject matter but deftly balances that with genuinely funny moments. Zendaya & Robert Pattinson are on point & their character's decisions are fascinating to see play out. The editing is excellent & brings everything together nicely. (8.5/10)
