@PigeonGoGaming @Captain109301 I do think it's imperative to point out that Sony did host a studio for a year with no project before shutting them down. I'm sure Bungie could get a project green lit in a few months given time if they have no project to work on.

Idk, actively campaigning against a game out of spite seems really childish to me. I’m not trying to force anyone to play or like Marathon. But it is actually a really good game and I’d hate for the people who DO love it to end up having their game struggle just because negative sentiment is so strong among the people who aren’t engaged with it. Both things can be true at once. You can be gutted that Destiny is ending. And you can just quietly not be interested in Marathon too. You can campaign in favor of Destiny’s future and I’m 100% with you in that effort. And you can also not add fuel to the flames when it comes to campaigning against Marathon.

@Gehenna450820 @KnownAsSys If d3 was green lit today Bungie will be spared for years until it's real see because that's the main thing Sony cares about. It killed blue point for not finding an active project. It's currently mad with naughty dog as it hasn't released a title in 5 years.

If more creators do the same thing Aztecross is doing, then we might actually be able to force a greenlight for D3. Goodwill in the larger creator space is incredibly important, and I very highly doubt that a company as successful as Sony doesn't understand this.

@KnownAsSys It is possible but we are gambling with fate then. On one hand marathon will most assuredly get killed in the process. But it would then free up Bungie and give Bungie the opportunity to make a game however it's that or on the other hand they straight up kill Bungie.
