So yesterday some people heavily criticised the media team for the glitches during the streaming. Maybe the criticism was justified, and I understand how frustrating it can be as a viewer when the experience does not flow the way you hoped it would. But let me share something God taught me. When I became a deliberate believer, not just someone who grew up in church but someone who chose to serve, I asked God where He wanted me. And He led me into the very department I had always been frustrated with. The same unit I used to complain about. The same unit I quietly wished would do better. That was exactly where God placed me. And it was there, behind the scenes, that I learned the truth. The long hours. The pressure. The last minute changes. The spiritual resistance. The small problems that suddenly become big ones. The many things that can go wrong that nobody in the congregation ever sees. Serving opened my eyes. It humbled me. It taught me to replace criticism with compassion, assumptions with understanding, and frustration with prayer. So before we speak on what happens on the stage or behind the screens, let us remember that there are real people giving their best with everything they have, often under pressure we know nothing about. Give grace. ❤️❤️
