Why is customer service so hard! Returned items to @riverisland - have emails confirming return was recieved. They have refunded me for the wrong item. Going back and forward with so much evidence. They emailed confirming they received the item ffs! 🤦🏼‍♀️

Online courses have an expiration date.If you’re buying or downloading an evergreen / pre recorded course - ask when it was recorded.Because I guarantee half of what’s inside is now out of date.

I'm really disappointed in Toni but I mean he's literally manipulating her and gaslighting her. The fact she still DOESNT know that he shagged Lauren is the really upsetting thing. Would she have chosen him if she knew? No. I absolutely cannot stand Lauren she could have said 'by the way we've had sex' but she didn't but the rest of the villa knows and that doesn't sit right with me. I fear Toni will crash out when she finds out. Harrison is who we thought Harry was but worse. He is a manipulative narcissist who wants his pie and his cake. He thinks the grass is always greener and Toni bless her heart doesn't/ can't stand up for herself because he always manipulates her into staying. Horrible situation and I hate him. I stand with Toni we've all dated a Harrison so judging her isn't the right thing to do.

So today @JustEatUK have robbed me of £6.10 of missing and incorrect items and despite photos and evidence will not refund. Just think how many 1000s of people they do this to daily. How much money they are stealing?? @MartinSLewis @HMRCgovuk

Any one else have an issue with @JustEatUK not delivering items and then not issuing refunds? Not sure what evidence they want that an order didn't arrive? A photo of my empty doorstep?

@bbuk He should be out! No formal warning! This is why people think this kind of language and behaviour is acceptable. Such a let down from Big Brother on this one.
