This happened today at Costco, Sunset Brooklyn, NY. Over a shopping cart 🛒 They left before the cops came. The guy who was punched was left on the floor bleeding a lot. The witness stated: It happened with the cart you see in the video. The hispanic people originally had it with their waters till the other people came and moved their stuff and started putting their own. They had their own cart and still wanted the other because they saw it there. Even though the hispanic people had their stuff there already. And that’s how it all escalated.

Many times these situations rely on secondhand information that contain half-truths and outright lies… I’ve experienced it myself.

It's a fear of Bodily harm or death, you F'n idiot. Fear of and reasonably I would say there was a good reason to fear bodily harm as the man doing the hitting was because of a continuation of escalation. On May 5, 2025, Crew (25) was sentenced to life without parole + 13-26 years. Family requested life over death penalty, citing faith. He skipped sentencing, claims innocence & plans to appeal.
