@BilbatuaImanol @jimboslice336 @buitengebieden In the most simple terms, they take an educated guess, put in a contact and do some measurements with this thing they put on their head and adjust accordingly. (From my experience) it gets so much easier when they can talk

@jimboslice336 @buitengebieden I think it has to do with how light reflects in their eyes. My child was born with a cataract that was surgically removed. They use a thing on their head and these little lens pieces to test their vision before (and after) they can talk. I don’t know what it’s called though
