There’s a bit of privilege behind the ‘only the real ones never left’ narrative we’re starting to see, now that people are re-emerging and the space is starting to warm up a bit. Obviously it’s rad if you never left, but there are a bunch of reasons a person might have needed time away from this stuff, including making income after so much opportunity was frozen here for a while. Be kind and welcoming as people start to file back in. 🤝💖
