Nadie aplaude mientras estás construyendo. Tu familia duda de ti. Tus amigos desaparecen.

this story is absolutely insane 🤯 > tech guy with zero biology background. > his dog got terminal cancer. > vets said 1 - 6 months left. > bro said nah not on my watch. > asked ChatGPT for a treatment plan. > sequenced tumor DNA for $3k. > used AlphaFold AI to model mutated proteins. > designed world’s first personalized mRNA vaccine for a dog. > partnered with universities to synthesize it. > ethics approval took 3 months. > vaccine design took 2 months. > first injection December 2025. > tumors shrank 75% within weeks. > dog happy. > universities confirmed it worked. > now designing version 2 for remaining tumor. AI + a guy determined to save his dog just outperformed the pharma industry 💀 the cure for cancer will be open source.
vittorio@IterIntellectus

this is actually insane > be tech guy in australia > adopt cancer riddled rescue dog, months to live > not_going_to_give_you_up.mp4 > pay $3,000 to sequence her tumor DNA > feed it to ChatGPT and AlphaFold > zero background in biology > identify mutated proteins, match them to drug targets > design a custom mRNA cancer vaccine from scratch > genomics professor is “gobsmacked” that some puppy lover did this on his own > need ethics approval to administer it > red tape takes longer than designing the vaccine > 3 months, finally approved > drive 10 hours to get rosie her first injection > tumor halves > coat gets glossy again > dog is alive and happy > professor: “if we can do this for a dog, why aren’t we rolling this out to humans?” one man with a chatbot, and $3,000 just outperformed the entire pharmaceutical discovery pipeline. we are going to cure so many diseases. I dont think people realize how good things are going to get

Our new course, "Agentic AI Engineering," contains 17 notebooks and a complete multi-agent project (because you can't learn to build production agents through notebooks only). Notebooks are really powerful for teaching the core concepts quickly and easily to anyone. Which we can then use in the final project. You don't have to set up your environment (using Colab), or you can do so very easily with specific requirement packages. Still, we also believe it's important to "sweat" in order to learn, and notebooks are thus not the entirety of the course. The main goal of the course is to build your own production-grade agent systems (deployed to the cloud with Docker and Cloud Run, managed with CI/CD) by leveraging the techniques we teach through notebooks. We teach every core technique in those notebooks. Each one has a dedicated course lesson, which serves a specific purpose through the applied project. We keep it super practical by teaching throughout the course to replicate our very own Research Agent and Writing Workflow, giving all the techniques we've ever tried (including some we didn't keep in the final version but that can be relevant). Then, the student's goal is to build and deploy their own MCP server, implementing the most advanced agent patterns, evaluation systems, and observability techniques, which becomes an amazing portfolio project. If, after reading this, you feel it might be a course for you, check it out here: academy.towardsai.net/courses/agent-… And the (free) notebooks here: github.com/towardsai/agen…

@pauliusztin_ @Whats_AI This morning I watched the Nova-End-to-End breakdown video and is: insanely insightful. Also the Quizzes feel like engineering/product-oriented questions.

Here is an engineer with rare self-awareness. I know many engineers are in deep denial right now, but I bet most feel the same deep down. As a technical founder, AI has added so many improvements in workflow and productivity, but a lot of this applies to us as well. It's an exciting and confusing place we're all headed.

Don’t listen to this total BS advice. Double down on vibe coding even if you have no clue what you’re doing. Ask AI to teach you basics or if you get stuck. This is the point of the age of AI: anyone with agency & curiosity can quickly catch up & outperform experts in no time!
Wise@trikcode

Vibe coding is for experienced software devs. Do not vibe code until you really know how to do the basic stuff.

Excited to have a working version of the tactical post match reports app I’m building: …-wcib5jk9shbywatdgaeeya.streamlit.app For now, you can: - Select a team - Select a match - Click on tactical report provided by the LLM - Obtain a plot from a metric of the match
