@ForksOverKnives I love using my neti pot but your ratio of salt, seems to high to me. I do not use baking soda in my rinse. Also, one of the best ways to get over allergies is to learn to breathe - nasal breathing. IT WORKS. I teach it.

@RanchoGordo Many of the beans work for making veggie burgers. I like the midnight black beans, pinquitos, black lentils but I have used many types. I make them a number of different ways, often used rolled outs as a binder.
