Living with cystic fibrosis means that you are restricted to meeting other people with CF because of the cross infection policy I’ve been speaking to @JamesH675 for over 3years now. So when he said he was in the area yesterday, we decided to go for a safe social distanced walk!

I live with reactive hypoglycaemia, which means that eating the right kinds of foods are extremely important 🤓 We are talking low carbs, high fat and high protein. Some carbs are ok depending on where they are on the glycemic index…

@notchachezfries I feel like it’s actually accentuated the reactive hypos! It’s gotten worse since I started, but could be a coincidence. I did see it was on the side effects list for trikafta though (just hypoglycaemia, not reactive hypos!)
