@Prudential What is going on in your Mexico City office? So far, I have filed forms to change the method of payment, before my yearly charge, I tokenized the new card and so far, the old payment method continues to be charged, someone from your offices indicated my account ....

Is there a scam going on @Prudential ?? I haven't had a decent response since this started. A representative called to inform me I had cancelled my account when in fact I was changing the payment method, before the annual charge!

I was asked to fill another form, which you haven't sent- In which I am to ask you to reinstate my account. @Prudential The gentlemen on the line stated it was his mistake and that there would be no further issues. What is happening at your Mexico City OFFICE?!

Is anyone else having trouble getting @Prudential to charge the right card and not mistaken them for someone who wants to cancel their account, thus forfeiting their retirement savings???!!! How can you make that mistake?!
