@Jayton_WorldASA The best each of us can do is do our own research and do the best to give the best to the kids we work with. Let me know what side of the equation you end up falling on! I always enjoy being challenged with different perspectives and opinions.

@Jayton_WorldASA Coach the non-negotiables. I personally have grown to see this as a negotiable, and not mandatory for success. That being said, if a guy does move back foot first, I don’t coach him out of it. I just don’t worry about coaching it in the guys who don’t if they perform.
