My brother called me at work. Middle of the day. Which he never does. His voice was strange. Tight. He said I need you to come to Mom’s house. I didn’t ask why. Just said I’m on my way. Drove like I was scared of what I’d find. When I got there she was in the kitchen making tea like it was any other day. My brother was sitting at the table looking like he was holding something very carefully. I sat down and Mom said your brother has something to tell you. My brother looked at her then at me.

Also you don't belong, you're tolerated. That's why you africans aren't moving to Asia, because nobody wants you there.

This is why I kind of resent British black actors taking up so much space in American art. There are many young Black American actors who deserve a chance & are being sidelined. Until they are being prioritized, I think some of the roles British black folk take should be given to American actors first.

And the elephant in the room is also that it’s not only white ppl voting reform either looool reform has a sizeable (Boriswave) Indian and Nigerian bloc too… even the candidates for reform were arguably more “diverse” than some of the other parties.

Guys, we really need to let go of the narrative that it's only old people in the UK that are racist and voting reform. Not even trying to be divisive but it's simply not true. There's a reason why racism isn't dying out when older generations die. The flame is lit in middle aged and young people too. Let's let go of this cop out
