While I regularly visit the gym, I’ve yet to set a clear objective for my fitness journey. My goal for the first #80Fierce challenge? To shred the dad bod and sculpt a toned physique, all while upholding my health and well-being

During Challenge 1 - I've been training for the Chicago Marathon, but I'm gonna crush the final cycle and the taper into October 8th.
Going hard is best paired with going smart; staying active but fresh for the race will be key!

When it comes to going to the gym, I tend to be "all-or-nothing".
During Challenge 1, I will be focused primarily on consistency.
Regular, decent workouts > sporadic days of "optimal" workouts.

During Challenge wk 1 of 80Fierce - I'm focusing on running and going to the gym.
My motivation is to beat my @BoredRunClub time from F’ Friday in Hong Kong and develop a new gym routine I can get behind that incorporates yoga and weight lifting.

I am committed to part 1 of #80Fierce starting Sept 12th
The biggest challenge for me will be that I am traveling overseas next week*, so the routine is uncertain.
But, I am committed and will make it happen

Really looking forward to this challenge💪 as a mama, my fitness usually takes a back seat. Finding balance there is my main intention during #80Fierce. My boys are back in school and I’m waiting for my next gig to start, so there is literally no excuse.❤️🔥

I am going to stick to one thing and try to stay committed to it. This fall will be all about covering 10,000 steps each day and get back to my original walking rhythm. ACL reconstruction resets everything, but I am AAF.
#80Fierce is a challenge that anyone can take on, Azurian or not. What I love about this tribe is that it’s filled with individuals who share the common goal of being better than they were yesterday. Azurbala is the perfect place for me. Let’s get it y’all !bala 🙏🏼
Excited for this journey. While this first challenge may not be as difficult for me as the others, I plan on really getting after it. I usually am at the gym and walking the dog during the week for over an hour, so adding the weekends (which were my rest days) will bring add a little more challenge to my body than normal. Let’s get it!

During Challenge 1 - I want to double down on getting into an even better set schedule (esp. on days where work is crazy busy)
This fall is focused on the cut, so staying disciplined with nutrition and cardio are the primary focus
