@jerrylimee @solisvogel @SapphoSys tbf, power button is still there for turning on the Mac in a "faulty" state as it's action is dedicated as well as it being there for touchid, quickly locking your Mac, entering startup options on long press.

@thilofinn @solisvogel @SapphoSys EXACTLY and only when the whole operating system freezes does the power button really come in handy (under the current scheme of allowing any key to trigger startup)

this... seems like it should be a system setting instead???
