@m0chavivi HELLO! I have chronic nausea from POTS. I find it really helps me to lying/sitting down with a big glass of freezing water. Maybe focusing on a low effort task like drawing or reading. I also eat cold grapes on occasion. doesn’t make it 100% go away but it helps. Also eat salt

does anyone have any tips on dealing w nausea from restricting? i don’t have any problem w feeling hungry but the minute i feel nauseous i start to spiral 😵💫
