Some poor girls in Delhi Metro verbally abused some women passengers, and now whole conversation is about how Delhi Metro is allowing "these cheap girls" in metro. Metro is for everyone and just because they verbally abused you, I cannot ignore the reeking classism here.

In case people are unaware, there has been a 2026 amendment bill introduced in the Lok Sabha (India’s lower house) that essentially rolls back precedents on trans identity set in 2014 and requires transgender people to be ‘verified’ by a medical board to be legally recognized.

there's something so fishy about the reel because it seems so unlikely that these little MINOR girls started hurling these very crass abuses unprompted at everyone in the compartment. something had to have triggered it.
