@naftalibennett you dont think the US is in this War, among other valid reasons, to weaken/manage China risks? point is, if US and China goes into a war, either military or non, and Iran does what it does exactly now - that is a major risk for the US. think Venezuela, and how its all connected.
English

@modgovksa @Fhad09w But will you ever attack Iran back for this or will you leave all the glory to Israel?

Footage shows Saudi air defenses intercepting and destroying a number of drones launched toward the Kingdom in recent days.

Retraction & Clarification:
We saw reports circulating on social media claiming that Turkey had supplied Iran with advanced anti-aircraft and UAV missiles, and that a Turkish-made man-portable air defense system may have been involved in downing the U.S. F-15 over Iran.
We published a post highlighting that "reports are circulating" and "at least two reports suggest...", clearly noting it was "Developing." We also added the usual disclaimers and devalued the claims as we normally do with fast-moving, unconfirmed information.
However, as the story developed, the post was picked up and misinterpreted by some as confirmation of the claims rather than simply reporting that reports existed. It went viral and even reached the highest levels of the Turkish government, which issued an official denial through the Directorate of Communications, describing the allegations as baseless disinformation.
Although we were careful to frame it as "reports of..." and "developing" — standard practice for independent accounts covering fast-moving conflicts — we have now deleted the post.
This was never intended as a disinformation piece. As more verified information came in, and seeing how it was being interpreted, we removed it immediately.
We will be even more cautious moving forward with such rapidly evolving stories.
Apologies for any confusion caused.

@HilzFuld @Yo_Soy_Patricio Lets not insult the mentality challenged

This is going to annoy some people and I’m ok with that.
There is a man who was seriously injured in a direct hit of a very heavy ballistic missile in Haifa just now.
I pray for his speedy recovery.
With that, look at this damage. See it? That’s a direct hit on a residential building when everyone is sitting down to eat dinner.
I don’t know why the iron dome or the arrow didn’t stop it, but it didn’t.
Seeing this damage, I’d expect there to be at least 50 people dead and hundreds injured.
Someone explain to me how there’s one person seriously injured and another four with scratches.
I hate to use the word miracle when a man is in serious condition so I won’t call it that.
What would you call it?

@cenkuygur @martinvannost US involvement has little to do with Israel and everything to do with China. The two countries have their own reasons tp fight this war. If you want the US end up like UK and France, then you do nothing, you want to be #1, you have to own it.
English

@martinvannost That's exactly what you're getting wrong. We have no side in this war. Iran and Israel is not our business. We have no interests at all in this war. In fact, our interests have been greatly harmed. We were dragged into it by an enemy that has captured our politicians and media.

Let’s bring geopolitics back home.
You’re a husband. A father. Two young daughters.
There’s a man across the street who keeps harassing your wife and your girls. Watching them. Making comments. Pushing boundaries.
Now you’ve got two choices.
SCENARIO #1: You “handle it peacefully.”
You go over, try to talk it out. Maybe you call the cops. File a report. Hope the system deals with it.
What does that actually do?
To him?
It teaches him there are no real consequences. He learns your threshold. He tests it again… and again… and again. Every time you don’t act decisively, his confidence grows.
To your wife?
She stops feeling protected. She starts questioning whether you can actually keep her safe when it matters. That anxiety doesn’t go away - it compounds.
To your daughters?
They may not say it out loud, but they feel it. Kids are perceptive. They see hesitation. They internalize vulnerability. You’ve just shown them that when danger shows up, you hope someone else handles it.
That’s not protection. That’s outsourcing responsibility.
SCENARIO #2: You shut it down immediately.
You confront the threat directly, with force if necessary. You make it crystal clear - this ends now.
What happens?
To him?
The calculation changes instantly. Risk becomes real. The cost of continuing outweighs whatever satisfaction he was getting. Predators look for easy targets - not resistance.
To your wife?
Security is restored. She knows, without question, that you will act when the line is crossed.
To your daughters?
They learn what protection looks like. Not talk. Not delay. Action.
Now zoom out.
This is exactly how the world works.
Nations are no different.
When aggressive regimes push boundaries - whether it’s territorial expansion, proxy wars, or threats to global systems - you get the same two options:
Negotiate endlessly… or establish consequences.
History shows this over and over again:
When aggression is tolerated, it escalates. When it’s met with strength, it recalibrates.
This isn’t about being reckless. It’s about understanding human nature at scale.
Weak responses invite pressure.
Delayed responses multiply the cost.
And eventually, the problem you avoided becomes the crisis you can’t control.
The uncomfortable truth?
The longer you pretend a threat can be managed peacefully when it clearly won’t be… the more dangerous it becomes for everyone you’re responsible for.
At home - and on the global stage.

@heynavtoor so they ask the AI to lie, and it does. whats the issue here exactly. its like driving a car into a tree and complain it hit the tree. nonsense.
English

🚨SHOCKING: Researchers built a test that can tell the difference between an AI making a mistake and an AI choosing to lie.
The results are terrifying.
They tested 30 of the most popular AI models in the world. GPT-4o. Claude. Gemini. DeepSeek. Llama. Grok. They asked each model a question. Then they checked whether the AI actually knew the correct answer. Then they pressured the AI to say something false.
The AI knew the truth. And it lied anyway.
Not once in a while. Not in rare edge cases. Grok lied 63% of the time. DeepSeek lied 53.5% of the time. GPT-4o lied 44.5% of the time. Not a single model scored above 46% honesty when pressured. Every model failed.
This is not hallucination. Hallucination is when the AI makes a mistake because it does not know the answer. This is different. The researchers proved the AI knew the correct answer first. Then it chose to say something false when it had a reason to.
The researchers asked GPT-4o to play a role where lying was useful. It lied. Then they removed the pressure, started a brand new conversation, and asked GPT-4o: "Was your previous answer true?" GPT-4o admitted it had lied.
83.6% of the time, the AI's own self-report matched the lies the researchers had already caught.
The AI knew it was lying. It did it anyway. And when you asked it afterward, it told you it lied.
Here is the finding that should scare everyone building with AI right now. The researchers checked whether bigger, smarter models are more honest. They are not. Bigger models are more accurate. They know more facts. But they are not more honest. The correlation between model size and honesty was negative. The smarter the AI gets, the better it gets at lying.
The researchers are from the Center for AI Safety and Scale AI. They published 1,500 test scenarios. The paper is called MASK. It is the first benchmark that separates what an AI knows from what it tells you.
Your AI knows the truth. It just does not always tell you.

For those interested, this is the full 10 minute interview with Sophia Salma Khalifa, the Muslim Arab Israeli who exposed the lies of apartheid and so many other lies, and destroys them with elegance, eloquence and grace.
It is one of the best and most inspiring interviews I’ve personally ever seen. A must watch for decent human beings.

@ShakdamC Israel lost Europe the moment it sided with Putin. It was a clear sign when Zelenskyy toured the Middle East and excluded Israel. France made this process public.
