The older I get the more I realize great programs usually have one thing in common: Stability. Not the flashiest recruiting class. Not the biggest NIL budget. Just alignment from the administration to the locker room. Who are the most stable programs today in your eyes?

It was always NC State for Wade. McCollum is a Midwest guy, DDV all over again. Frazier has never been a head coach and is only known for recruiting not game planning. Calhoun blew the interview and his teams play no defense. Pitino wouldn’t take the job because of his dad’s connection to Louisville. Hodge was the best actual option.

I'm getting a lot of these responses today and I have an incredible list but I'll start with these five: Will Wade Ben McCollum Chester Frazier Jerrod Calhoun Richard Pitino Based on qualifications and if he didn't know Wren, Hodge wouldn't even be in the Top 25 candidates.

@TaliaGoodmanWBB Talent is the answer but it lies within the fact that, at the time of conference realignment, PAC12 WBB was better than B1G WBB at the top and the opposite was true on the MBB side

I love when people choose to forget that women’s basketball exists. Like, c’mon. All four of these teams have found success in the Big Ten and one of them will almost certainly win the regular-season title this year.
