@Thirteen_Group My friend is worried about repercussions if she complains. She is already in a vulnerable state mentally and this further exacerbated her condition! I simply want you to be aware & train your reception staff to demonstrate compassion and dignity when dealing with clients.

@Thirteen_Group (6/ ) my mental health has declined so much I do not recognise my self anymore , I am doped up on medication and feel like a zombie , I think about suicide everyday and I'm truly scared , I don't understand why thirteen are happy for good people to live this way
