well yeah, because the term mainland china by definition excludes Taiwan and the SARs. I know what you're saying is it's never been administered directly by Beijing since 1949, but that doesn't matter. The "ROC" constitution claims all of China, the PRC constitution claims the same. The UN recognizes the PRC as the sole legitimate government of all of China, as do most countries, and the rest of them recognize the "ROC," which still doesn't recognize Taiwan as an independent country. Taiwan was without a doubt a part of China until the Japs took it in 1895, but it was then returned to China in 1945. What happened in 1949 is internal. PRC views it self as a successor state to the ROC. The "ROC" claims continued existence and sole legitimacy. Neither side officially recognizes two Chinas, and the separatists in charge of Taiwan today are violating the laws of Taipei when they claim otherwise.

我说白了，用不用PRC护照和是不是中国国籍这两个问题完全不等价。 大韩民国也声称朝鲜公民具有韩国国籍并在脱北并审查过后自动恢复公民权。

今天最戇的一件事。 出地鐵站時候手機自己關機了，搞得我無助的站在那站了二十多分鐘出不去。 我再也不用國產電子廢品了😓，買個新手機吧
