If you were not exposed to reading books, or being in better learning environments or had good guidance, you wouldn’t have been able to “crack” your head and create these words, or put sentences together like this.

To get them to the level of creativity you are referring to, you don’t expect it to come from what they are limited to.

The network we use the most in Ghana is the radial network, hence why they always have to put more customers on a line off to be able to work. We have not explored more reliable network infrastructure like mesh or ring, and that’s where the problem is

Important to remember that the grid is more than just power generation. For decades, conversation on power in ghana has been too focused on power generation disregarding other key aspects like distribution & metering.

No matter the form of intelligence you think they have, with exposure, they can do better things. So yes,the problem cabt be intelligence. Let’s give them enough exposure, then we can conclude

E.g birds are intelligent; however, in discussing the intelligence that solves complex problems and advances knowledge, yes, more Ghanaian children have very little of that than do. That kind of intelligence = IQ
