The transfer of shares of Rogelio, Enrico, Harrison, and now Raissa is MANIPULATED (about 800m PHA shares). These people never sold their shares nor received payments. PHA is not disclosing that the NBI is investigating this matter and a summons has been served. @bilyonaryo_ph

PHA disclosed that Tito Serafica & myself were indicted for a particular case. What they failed to disclose is that we were not afforded due process and a resolution was issued without giving us the opportunity to submit our respective answers. Harassment & greed to the highest.

Happy to announce the dismissal of the two accusations filed against me in relation to the dispute in PHA shares among other. We will depend the remaining case and the civil aspect to finally end this saga. Thank you DOJ Prosecutors for seeing the truth. God Bless Everyone.

PHA why there is no disclosure of the Court order REFUSING the transfer of my voting rights? And the management must answer why some of our shares were transferred without legal documentation. We will ask SEC and PSE to intervene. You don’t represent the will of the shareholders.
