The presence that was with me then guided me to wash myself with this water. I started at my head and cleansed my whole body. As soon as I had finished, I woke up and was drenched in sweat.. I now feel lighter.

I was guided into a room by a robed figure I was unable to see but I felt warmth from them. The room was filled with huge waist height bowls made from rose quartz or something similar. They were filled with water and offerings. Beautiful things like dried flowers, herbs, stones..

The events of the past few days have had me feeling like I really need to cleanse. The energies who have had access to me have left an essence that needed to be cleansed. Last night I had a dream that offered that to me...
