@alex_zee Still no explanation for what police did between Noon - when they receive first call of Rivas driving dangerously - and more than an hour later when he mows down 10 pedestrians and cyclists. No response to first call? Did slowdown to leverage contract negotiations play role?

I took an afternoon walk to the street where, on Monday, a man killed 77-year-old Jean Gerich with his car. He injured 9 others during what appeared to be an intentional attack on pedestrians and cyclists. There are still tire tracks from his vehicle in the nearby grass.
