Dalton Eatherly aka ChudtheBuilder was out on multiple bonds from different counties. And the judge clearly states that the bond is set as high as it is because of “how many people were out in the courtyard and at the courthouse and the seriousness of the crimes”.
He’s a public nuisance and does it while armed. In my interaction with him, he was armed with a gun. People should not be purposely antagonizing people,
especially saying racist statements, while being armed. That’s actually part of the Tennessee Carry Laws.

This directly violates the letter of TN Constitution Article I, Section 16: “Excessive bail shall not be required.” Public petitions + supporting documentation can be submitted to the court and brought up at the bond hearing. Defense counsel can present it. The Clerk can make it part of the official record. Judges are allowed to consider community support, public interest, and evidence of unequal treatment when deciding bail. Numbers + visibility create pressure. @Qrusader_of_KEK @LegacyProgramVP Grappling, punching, or shoving is generally considered non-lethal force. In most cases, responding with lethal force to a simple punch would not be legally justified. Self-defence law requires an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury.

@Qrusader_of_KEK @LegacyProgramVP So that’s actually a common myth. Non-lethal force can sometimes be used to stop aggression, but lethal force is only justified in self-defence if there is an imminent threat of death or serious bodily injury.

@chefsevenn It has a balanced amount of veggies, meat, and starch(potatoes. I would add mushrooms and more onions. It’s a beef stew. No need to serve it with rice or noodles.
