Καταρχάς, κανείς δεν αμφισβήτησε τον όγκο των παραδόσεων ή την προσπάθεια. Αλλά όταν μιλάμε για ανθρώπινες ζωές, απαιτείται ταχύτητα και ακρίβεια. Αν όλα λειτουργούσαν τέλεια, δεν θα υπήρχαν αναφορές για ασθενείς -δεν μιλάμε μόνο για έναν- που περιμένουν μέρες, εβδομάδες ακόμη και μήνες. Η κριτική δεν είναι προσβολή, είναι ευκαιρία βελτίωσης. Αν είστε όντως πρόθυμος να διορθώσετε τι πήγε στραβά, τότε σηκώστε τα μανίκια. Η υπηρεσία δεν γίνεται αποτελεσματική με ατάκες περί δημοκρατίας! Το θέμα εδώ είναι η άμεση εξυπηρέτηση των ανήμπορων ανθρώπων, όχι οι εντυπώσεις! Παρακάτω μερικά από τα σχόλια αξιολόγησης της Unilog S.A. Είναι δυνατόν ο κόσμος που ταλαιπωρείται και αγωνιά για τους δικούς του ανθρώπους, να μπαίνει στη διαδικασία να παρακαλά δημοσιογράφους να κάνουν κάτι ώστε να μπορέσουν να λάβουν οι ασθενείς στην ώρα τους τα φάρμακα τους;;;;!!!!
