@CityofJax can someone help me understand why when I called a week ago to schedule and yesterday to confirm a bulk pick up that no one came. I called today since it was missed and was told “hopefully” it will be picked up by the end of the week.

@gucci I am disappointed that you charge outrageous prices for repairs of items that clearly have some type of product defect. This is the 2nd time I have been quoted a large fee to repair an item that should last much longer. I have been loyal to the brand but this is insane!
