@KinezumiJ @Pokemon I've been having issues for the last couple of weeks as well. Their support is quite rude. I've spent quite a bit of money with them for the last couple of years. It's not like I'm a new customer or anything.

@Pokemon Note, "We tried everything" means they pasted an answer from an FAQ and closed the ticket. No attempt at actually troubleshooting the issue was made, and replies explaining that the issue persists on multiple devices with both PayPal and entering my card were ignored.

@TheCubicleUSA Doesn't matter how fast you ship out a purchase if it's missing an item. Better to take a bit more time to make sure everything is shipped. Because trying to take care of an issue like that with you guys is way too much of a hassle.
