@Alan_Alger_ @steeplechasing The only suspicious thing here is your attempt to justify your employer and your industry's malpractices.

@Alan_Alger_ @steeplechasing I know it's correct & I know what you were asked, you've failed to give a complete & proper answer (disingenuous at best). The industry tactic of requiring 'checks' only when (invariably unprofitable) customers request a withdrawal, is both widespread & in breach of your licence.

@steeplechasing @Alan_Alger_ Standard Operating Procedure. Avoid difficult questions -which expose their practices - at all costs with prevarication & equivocation.

@Alan_Alger_ @thomas_james80 It's exactly the question you were asked: twice. Rather than answer it you called it 'silly', a rogue's refuge word.
English

@Alan_Alger_ @steeplechasing required when a withdrawal is requested, usually as a result of account restriction and/or closure. This happens across the industry by the majority of operators. What you have stated is disingenuous, at best.
