Im in a bit of a pickle with the Sonic community - especially with things like this. One of the unfortunate things is being blocked by some of the most talented and well known artists in the Sonic community. They host events like this and I really want to watch these on stream and shout them out but its a little awkward. Really wish I could go back to support them but obviously I can't.

The Third US Circuit Court of Appeals (based in Philadelphia) just ruled 10-5 that New Jersey's ban on semi-automatic rifles and large capacity magazines (more than 10 rounds) is UNCONSTITUTIONAL. This is the first time that an appeals court ruled that a state's weapons ban violated the Second Amendment. Unless you are following these things, or you just got lucky scrolling, you probably didn't see anything about this ruling because the lamestream media doesn't want you to know. This court based it's decision on the SCOTUS 2022 Bruen decision. The Bruen decision stated in part that modern gun restrictions must be, "consistent with this nation’s historical tradition of firearm regulation.” Like I said before, the rifle bans and the magazine bans the Washington state Democrats passed are unconstitutional, and this sheriff will not enforce those unconstitutional laws.
