Hello @QtFunded Support Team, I’m requesting a formal re-review of a Reverse Trading violation flagged on my account. The issue is critical: Account 10342574 shows trades that I never opened. All BUY & SELL positions (0.1 & 1.06 lots) were executed within the same account – 10342554, not across multiple accounts. I have attached full trade history statements for both accounts clearly proving this. I have already contacted support 3 times, waiting over 30 minutes each time, but have received no response. I request an urgent review based on the provided evidence

@thomasfxtrader Firm need to give atleast 3 soft breach of any rules violation Whole hardwork just gone due to a single mistake it’s not good & fair.

What do you think ? Rejecting payout along with breaching the account just for adjusting trade SL or TP during news Is it fair or unfair for the trader? Personally i think rejecting payout can be understood but breaching account for this reason feels too harsh. #redflag

Last 2 weeks have been very tough for me lost my funded and challenge accounts. Will take a break till start of next year and try again. Hopefully 2026 will fulfil all of our dreams.
