@RobinBoardmanUK The problem with this argument is Big Oil doesn't want to phase out greenhouse gases, it's governments (aka society) that need to restrict their activities. One way to do this is to arm society with non fossil fuel alternatives to heat, electricity and travel. That is happening.

Can anyone suggest why @UKLabour has literally nothing to say on nature recovery in Britain? Poll after poll shows that the British public for the first time are beginning to grasp how appallingly nature-depleted our country has become. As our wildlife continues to plummet, the clamour from the public for restoration grows louder and louder. Everyone adored #WildIsles. Pollution of our rivers was a major factor in the recent local elections. The Green Party is on a roll. Why doesn’t the Labour Party see the opportunity? Labour’s currently ill-defined farming and nature policies look like something out of the 1980s. I just don’t get it. A race to the top between the big political parties on nature is in everyone’s interests. Write to your MP!

You see @SEANLWOODCOCK Greens and Labour are working hand in hand in plenty of other areas of the country. There is no reason why there can't be a Lib Dem/Greens/Labour coalition in Cherwell District.
