if you are alone with your married, two decades your senior, very powerful boss and he "asks" you to give him oral sex, he does not have to physically coerce you for you to comply. that's the point, that's why these men do it this way.

I’m no Eric Swalwell fan- but if you give your boss oral sex and then later get drunk and have sex with him and regret it, that’s not sexual assault. That is you making bad decisions and then trying to rewrite the story later to make yourself feel better

His point is completely correct in this scenario. Kushner’s primary loyalty is to the global Jewish population, and by extension the Jewish state of Israel. His secondary loyalty is to America. Trump himself has joked for years “Kushner is more loyal to Israel than the US”. Jews publicly and proudly declare their loyalty to each other above all else.
