@thompsi1 @ThaneRivers There are dozens of them. If they contact you then you know it's Not the real thing. He Never ( or rarely) responds to comments unless he does live sessions on tiktok / Instagram ?

Since @santanderuk and @JustEatUK are refusing to give me my money back which was stolen from my account, I would like the details to report to the ombudsman please! And don’t ask me to get in touch for you to “look into this” as three times is enough!! No more chances

@santanderuk That’s the problem it’s incredibly difficult to get to speak to anyone @JustEatUK and when you do it’s via chat! Standard responses! No support from either companies allowing theft/fraud

@thompsi1 I understand, Ian. As our fraud team haven't been able to uphold your claim, the next best thing would be to persist with speaking to the merchant as they will have more ability to investigate their systems. ^TC

@santanderuk so almost £200 of @JustEatUK transactions has came out of my account which I didn’t do. They don’t want to look into it and neither do you! How do I get my money back? Fraud has looked into it and came back it’s not fraud! So I’m feeding ransoms now am I? Disgusting!

@santanderuk @JustEatUK are impossible to get through to someone to talk to and when you “chat” to them they pass the ownership to @santanderuk someone has ordered on their just eat account food using my card details surely that’s fraud!!! I want my money back!

@santanderuk You have looked into this two times now. The lady on the phone said it’s not your place to prove I made the purchases and I had to prove I didnt! Other than showing you me not eating takeaway or not me ordering from @JustEatUK how else to I prove it!
