@VividVivka As a kid I lived for almost 10 years in a country that technically no longer exists.

@hollywoodscifi I never understood the argument that someone’s career determines what they are allowed to like. I know a couple people who have or are currently in the business and they are some of the biggest nerds out there. Enjoy what you like and ignore the haters.

One of if not my favorite movie. The makers knew the assignment and they did an excellent job.

@BenRanieri10 He is filthy tonight. It’s great seeing him in a groove.

@kairo7news The worst part about that was people just stopping in the middle of the crowd to start chatting with their group and causing traffic jams. For the most part the crowd moved pretty quickly.

@TridentTrue He knows the strike zone very well. I watched him yesterday start to walk to first at least twice before the ball even hit the catchers glove, and he was right every single time.

@shakeitupbabyy Holy crap I can’t unsee it now. It’s so tacky and out of place in the stadium.

Just in case everyone was wondering what I meant by massive banners along the 1st baseline - these are over every section from home plate to RF. 😪

I PROMISE I am trying to not complain about everything but man, I really hate how our beautiful, feels-like-home ballpark has turned into one giant, cold advertisement. 😪

@distant_highway He may have been slow by today’s standard but he was tricky and efficient.

@thrayne I miss the days when pitchers like Jamie Moyer were plying their trade

@KentMurphy It’s the Little League World Series. There’s a ton of MLB players there throughout the tournament.
English

@distant_highway I think that’s part of it. It’s less about ball movement and more about “blowing the pitch by” the batter. I miss days of the knuckleball and the slurve when pitches would just move crazily.
English

@thrayne I am almost wondering if there’s been so much of a focus on velocity for pitchers that control has kind of gone out the window. That results in all these walks and home runs.
