@cberg20 Hey Chris, sorry to hear there may be some confusion on how our service works. We don’t offer premade boxes. Each package is made unique by a stylist based on your personal preferences. Then it ships from L.A., this why there is up to a 2 week delivery but it’s usually quicker!

@ThreadBeast don't use this company they will charge you and even though your package won't ship for a week or 2 they won't reverse it very shady company!
