Untung gets stressed very easily. Even something that seems small or makes him uncomfortable can trigger his FLUTD, making it difficult for him to urinate, and sometimes even causing blood in his urine. Whenever that happens, he needs to be treated by a veterinarian. We also have to take him for regular check ups not only to monitor his condition, but also to get his medications and vitamins to help keep his remaining three legs strong. Living with only three legs is already challenging. I just want to do everything I can to make sure he stays healthy, comfortable, and happy for as long as possible

Untung wasn't born into my home. He was just a stray cat who used to come by every day to eat with the other neighborhood strays. Then one day, he disappeared for almost a week. I thought he had simply moved on or that I'd never see him again. Until I found him lying underneath a car, covered in maggots and barely alive. I rushed him to the vet immediately. That's when I learned he had once had an owner. He had been hit by a car a long time ago, and his injured leg had even been operated on. But after everything, he was still left to wander the streets alone, searching for food in trash bins just to survive. Somehow, Untung found his way to my house. Maybe it was because there was always food here, or maybe, for the first time in a long time, he finally felt safe. From that day on, I decided to adopt him. Even though he only has three legs now, I've never seen him as different. To me, Untung is one of the strongest cats I've ever known. His story reminds me that even those who have been abandoned can learn to trust again when they're finally shown love.

He was critically ill and in desperate need of help, so I took him in and cared for him. Since then, Untung’s condition has steadily improved, and he is living a much happier life.
