@NAllison89 @GOODRAYS_ cbd drinks and @threespirit_ night cap all help this menopausal highly stressed social worker as an alternative to alcohol. Bit pricey but worth the relative calm.

okay… so, I kinda had a major development this past weekend… on Oct 11th 2023 I decided to do a dry/sober year. I’m on month 6 (yay!) BUT I realized without liquor to use whenever I’m overwhelmed that I might actually have anxiety and/or ADHD? Story developing
