@RoyalMailHelp how long do I need to wait for a reply to a complaint sent 10 days ago? When a post delivery person is signing for a signed for letter then simply shoving it through, it's quite a big deal. On top of that I've just had two parcels left outside, in the rain, soaked.

I changed networks a month ago. Been with EE for years, tariff was closing & changing to £15 p/m. Switched & am now paying less than 90% of that p/m, for the next 8 months. Don't show loyalty - these companies aren't loyal to you. #MoneySaving thriftychap.com/mobile-virtual…

Just used the MSE energy comparison tool, which is really good. Home Energy coming out as cheapest but it's a new company (I've never heard of it) with not many reviews. Anyone used them? Decent? @MoneySavingExp @MartinSLewis

@MartinSLewis They're still touting it as the old offer and I've qualified for April. Bit unfair if you qualify and they change the deal afterwards.

Chase customers... bad news. Its just announced its slashing its cashback offering. From the current 1% on most things worldwide. It will be 1% only on UK groceries, transport and fuel services from 7 April. This will lose its number 1 status as overseas spending card & cashback card. Its not quite a ditch it, but its certainly a find alternatives. My team and I will work through what to do and do all the alternatives in next weeks MSE weekly email.

The energy price cap could be a great asset for this country. Something that actually protects customers & does the right thing by everyone. But who regulates the regulator? #MartinLewis

Also, remember this... Jonathan Brearley, the CEO of Ofgem, earns more than £300k annually. In Jan 2025, he was reappointed as CEO until Jan 2030. He's in a lush job & a 6.4% price cap rise won't bother him, or send him into a choice between heating & eating. #MartinLewis

Of course the chap from Ofgem is going to think the cap has a point. Still banging on about the war in Ukraine, boring. They set the price & could lower it if they wanted to. When companies are raking in huge profits, the cap should be going the other way. #MartinLewis

The cap isn't a cap. It can be moved too often, without limitation. Ofgem are not on the side of the consumer. #MartinLewis
