I am exploring a not-very-promising part of my data. The most exciting part of the day was when I extracted a section of one of the plots that made me think about Mondrian. Maybe it's time to go home.

Celebrating the last predawn of another experiment! I have been around pressure pumps since 2008; at that time, the conditions were much more challenging as you can see (Believe me, it is me just using layers and layers of clothes to avoid being-more- sucked by mosquitos!)

I would love to ask Thornton if aboriginals listening Ana Gabriel is the only fantasy from the movie. In a very scarce script movie, BSO claims huge importance! That scene of Delilah listening her cassette and watching Samson dancing rock from her car is so beautiful.

Yesterday I saw Samson and Delilah from W. Thornton. I had to increase volume to verify that Delilah's cassette was from a very popular Latin singer of romantic songs named Ana Gabriel. 🔽

We finished with harvest but I rather show you the polytunnel a couple of weeks ago. Hope to bring you a nice paper soon!! Thanks to my supervisor @DNAprymer for all the discussion across the experiment to fine adjust things and do decisions when you have to.

And the hope part! We monitored recovery. In the photo a non-resprouter fighting to recover after a down-phase, we all have been there, right?

Today, after, after 10 months of measurements, I harvested the last plant for my experiment comparing eucalypts drought vulnerability from different climate-origin and resprouting abilities! But let me photo-journal the path.
