I also had a check up before when i got an ear infection and the doctor said i have a weak immune system, and tbh idk why im like this kase healthy naman yung iba kong family members 💔

I also just wanna add the fact that im always tired and i noticed na im getting physically weaker kahit i work out regularly naman 😭 and there are moments din na my body just randomly hurt and ache and it makes me really worried.

yknow i dont wanna sound depressing or anything pero feeling ko theres something wrong with me talaga kase for the past year na po, i havent been breathing properly and my chest keeps hurting.
