@MapsAfrican No clear consensus exists on the “how” and the “what” of this borderless Africa. Is the union to be, in form, federal, confederal or unitary? Is the sovereignty of individual states to be reduced, and if so, by how much, and in what areas?

@thulompholo @minicooperr93 @MightiJamie It's not like that minister doesn't have a legal advisor, on his side Mchunu have legal heavyweight, Advocate Vusi Pikoli. He helped to draft the SA Constitution, he went on to lead the National Prosecution Authority at its apotheosis...Van Rooyen was there when Fannie fumbled

Is he the one who told journalists to ask for “evidence” we have seen too much evidence. We have seen a plethora of evidence, a preponderance of evidence and a plurality of evidence. There is no paucity of evidence, there is no poverty of proof.

WATCH | Embattled Police Minister Senzo Mchunu has challenged KwaZulu-Natal Police Commissioner Lt Gen Nhlanhla Mkhwanazi to present evidence backing the allegations of wrongdoing against him. Full interview available on the SABC News YouTube channel.

@EritreaShaebia @TheDataHubX If Italy defeated Ethiopia militarily, why did Mussolini send emissaries to negotiate with Haile Selassie I for recognition? Mussolini only occupied one third of the country and the Government was still intact and Haile Selassie I was recognized as Emperor in the League

@IamSimnikiwe @minicooperr93 @MightiJamie We need to listen to other experts as well at the Madlanga Commission, General Van Royen (LLD) also gave a legal perspective that the Minister went beyond his legal authority

@thulompholo @minicooperr93 @MightiJamie Go and listen to the presentation Dr Jean Redpath and the Institute of Security Studies ( both are criminal justice experts/academics) at the Ad Hoc Committee, they were clear that there's no legislation that prohibit the minister to instruct the National Commissioner

@thulompholo @minicooperr93 @MightiJamie Remember the minister instructed the NatCom to disband, it's the NatCom who eventually disbanded the PKTT in a gradual form. That's u see Mchunu not arguing that in interviews. 2ndly, the NatCom said his legal team was 50-50, some said the instruction.

@thulompholo @minicooperr93 @MightiJamie The NatCom was supposed to take this matter on Constitutional review at the ConCourt. But participated in the disbandment of PKTT only to make a u-turn in July

@EritreaShaebia @TheDataHubX Not true. Emperor Haile Selassie I did not flee to UK. He launched a diplomatic warfare from Britain since it was the strategic place from which to reach the members of the League of Nations. Secondly, it is also false that Italy colonized Ethiopia. Mussolini even begged for it.

@thulompholo @MightiJamie All these are still hearsay.. This seems to be an employee- employer matter of disbanding not a criminal case as alleged
