@mindmusclepro Gym and protein powders both are unnatural things which people are doing extremely just for looks.

Someone well built unfortunately dies & Indians are quick to bash Gym & Protein. Wtf? We are a Protein deficient nation & we must eat more Protein to be healthy. Similarly, we lack strength training & muscle building culture & that is something we have to promote. There is absolutely nothing to suggest either of these are harmful, neither literature (which these people won’t read) nor common sense. Do we know if this person was on some performance enhancing substance? Do we know if he had some congenital issue?…. Bashing Gym & Protein at every opportunity will simply push our country that’s already regressing when it comes to Health matters will simply make it worse.
