@FromBrent @bartonovopolis The reasons is Avi Avad. You can find 28 minutes of deleted exposition that existed that he took cause he wanted more villians. Andrew protested against this and thats why he was fired.

@bartonovopolis It’s wise to overlook the flaws of those movies to fully appreciate them. Obviously don’t forget those flaws cause they’re flaws for a reason, but they’re good movies if you don’t hyper focus on Cool kid Peter Parker and the bad villain designs / plot points with his parents etc
